Karisma resumes work
Karisma Kapoor is back from her Europe honeymoon and resumed shooting for her tele-serial 'Karishma' on Saturday. Later that evening, she accompanied her aunt Rima and sister Kareena for Shah Rukh Khan's birthday bash thrown by Gauri Khan and Karan Johar. Karisma kept a low profile during her shoot and avoided the few press personnel who were keen to know more about her honeymoon and married life.
Even as Karisma Kapoor's wedding is solemnised this (Monday) morning to Sunjay Kapur, the Bachchan family will continue with work as usual. The rumours are that they have not been invited. Abhishek is in Chennai shooting for Mani Ratnam's 'Yuva'. Amitabh Bachchan is in Khandala shooting for Raj Kumar Santoshi's 'Khakee'. Jaya is busy completing Karan Johar's 'Kal Ho Naa Ho'.
Big B-Karisma keep their dignity!
When Big B and Karisma Kapoor met recently at the shoot of S.Ramanathan's age-old 'Zamaanat' (been in the making for seven years), one would have expected fireworks. But the two, like utmost professionals, maintained their dignity, and politely greeted each other. Karisma's hero in the film is Arshad Warsi!
Karisma: Honeymoon Over
The honeymoon might have been over for Karisma but her marital bliss has just begun. The blue eyed beauty is back in town after having an 'action-packed' sojourn in Europe with a stopover in London.
Ask her how it feels to be a bride in real life and she promptly replies, "Absolutely wonderful!"
"I feel settled. It's a different kind of feeling. As an actress, I had to dress up as a bride so many times for the camera that I wondered if my real marriage would be as special for me as it is for every girl."
"But honestly, playing a bride on-screen and being one in real life are completely different feelings. There was no retake this time", she adds in the same breath.
But marriage is not an end of a career for Karisma by any means. Contrary to perceptions, she is very busy with her career.
"My husband's business constantly takes him to both metros. So, it would be no hassle for me to divide my time between Mumbai and Delhi. Just how much time I spend in Mumbai would depend on how much work I have there. I will continue to be a responsible artiste." she asserts.

Karishma and Sanjay kiss for a magazine
A magazine called Seventeen has Karishma Kapoor as the cover girl with hubby Sanjay Kapur. Karishma is dressed in a Pallavi Jaikishan lehenga and Sanjay in a Rohit Bal jacket and kurta. L'Officiel also has an extended photo-feature of the various shaadi functions, including the mehendi and a cocktails and dinner. Karishma is seen being kissed by husband Sanjay Kapur.
